Confession time…I rarely ever dress up. I’m not kidding! But whenever I do, I always want to slip into something that makes me feel good and this velvet dress was undoubtedly the one!

Finding something to wear for a special occasion is something a lot of us struggle with. I am no exception, and while that might surprise you guys, I can completely relate because a lot of times I don’t want to wear something expected. I simply adore the color and style of the dress because it is the epitome of a holiday piece for me, plus the deep-v detail is sure to turn some heads! I kept the look simple and played with textures like the satin pumps, sequins bold earrings and leather bag to complement the entire outfit.
