FALL STYLE : FLORAL
Ahhh, December 5th. Art Basel is here. In approximately nineteen days, Christmas Eve is here. And in twenty-seven days, a new year begins.
To say I’m overwhelmed is an understatement. Once again, my schedule is overflowing with amazing events, holiday parties and family gatherings.
I am not complaining, but this time of year gets a little crazy and I want to do it all, therefore I seek to wear pieces that I don’t have to put much thought into them. Such as one piece items like this flowy maxi dress. Just grab a pair of heels and we are good to go.
Maxi dresses- I appreciate them. I love this one in particular, the deep v and the tailoring in the areas that highlight a woman’s waist so well and the colors… the vibrant use of color!
To style, toss on a leather jacket for a “leather-meets-floral” look. Or, wear alone with simple ankle-strap heels since the floral print is making the statement.
What I love most about these shoes, is that they are so versatile you can literally wear them with anything. They are ankle-strap heels and neutral, the perfect companion to any dress.
Keep the accessories minimal to let the dress + shoes do the talking. I love the clutch this season.
Today's plans – Planning to spend my evening resting (since I have a cold) and taking a bubble bath with a glass of wine (while looking through my pinterest for yummy holiday recipes). What are your plans today?
Quote of the Day: And if i asked you to name all the things that you love , how long would it take for you to name yourself ?
