Hello my loves,
The Striking Look is pleased to announce the launch of our new website, designed with a fresh new look and user-friendly navigation. After a couple of months of hard work and dedication, I am happy to say that The Striking Look is now live!!!! This is an exciting new stage in my life because I have decided to take my blog to another level. I started The Striking Look the beginning of 2015 and did it as a hobby because I truly love fashion and motivating people. Unfortunately, in August of 2015 life hit me , I graduated and I began to work, I had a "good job" corporate life and great benefits. However, I didn't make time for my blog and social media never constant, posting every once in a while, putting my passion aside.
In July 2016, life gave me an amazing opportunity and I decided to take the risk and change career paths. I have to say it was one of the best decision I have made. It was at that moment that I decided to chase down my dreams. The last 4 months have been months of learning and growing, even though I did fail by putting my blog on the back burner; I never gave up hope. Failure is more beneficial than you might think. Most people don’t pursue their dreams for fear of failure. Little do they know, this is one of the biggest ways we learn and grow! If you never fall down, you can’t learn how to get back up. Each time we pick ourselves back up and forge through, we get a little bit stronger and more capable of achieving our ultimate goals. I always said "It’s better to try and fail than to wonder what might have been". With that being said, Never, Never, Never give up !!! Take 2.
